Ordering
First, you can get a quotation by sending your enquiry to sales@haoyi-chemical.com. The following information is required:
- Product Name
- Packsize
- Quantity
- Trade terms you preferred and your destination port or shipping address
- Precautions such as whether pallets are needed
After confirming the price and terms about the transaction, the Buyer needs to provide company information (such as Business License or Trading Certificate) and both parties need to sign the sales contract. According to the terms agreed upon in the contract, the Buyer pays the advance payment and we will arrange for the shipment. Also, the Buyer is required to pay the remaining payment within the stipulated period in accordance with the terms of the sales contract.
Payment
- The Buyer shall make payment in a timely manner as stipulated in the sales contract. The Seller reserves the right to request advance payment at its discretion. For overseas transactions the Buyer shall pay all of the Seller's banking charges. The Buyer shall not be entitled to withhold or set-off payment for the Products for any reason whatsoever.
- The payment solutions of us is flexible. We accept multiple payment methods, including: under the condition of ensuring transaction security, we accept the payment method of Letter of Credit (L/C) from stable customers who have frequent cooperation.

Our company can dispatch goods from ports such as Qingdao Port, Tianjin Port, Shanghai Port, Ningbo Port, and Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
In China, we usually use trucks for transportation, such as high-sided trucks and flatbed trucks, etc. Some regions in Central Asia can also be delivered by truck and the freight cost may be more reasonable at times.
Our goods can also depart from the Alashan Port and Khorgos Port in Xinjiang, China. The railway can directly reach Central Asia, Turkey, and Europe.
